Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bathroom Remodel NYC website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Bathroom Remodel NYC provides bathroom remodeling services including but not limited to:

• Flooring installation (tile, marble, porcelain, ceramic)
• Fixture installation (faucets, showers, bathtubs, accessories)
• Layout redesign and space planning
• Bathtub and shower installation
• Custom lighting solutions
• Complete bathroom renovations

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are free of charge and non-binding. Final pricing is subject to:

• On-site assessment and measurement
• Material selection and availability
• Project scope changes
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition or construction

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for our services are:

• 50% deposit required to schedule work
• 25% payment upon material delivery
• 25% balance due upon project completion

We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. All payments are processed in US Dollars.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates only and may vary based on:

• Material availability and delivery schedules
• Permit acquisition (if required)
• Unforeseen construction conditions
• Weather and environmental factors
• Client decision-making delays

Cancellations

Client cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to:

• Cancellations made before material ordering: Full deposit refund minus a $250 administrative fee
• Cancellations after material ordering: Deposit refund minus material costs and 20% restocking fee
• Cancellations after work begins: No refund; final payment still due

Warranty

We provide a warranty on all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. Warranty coverage includes:

• All labor and craftsmanship
• Proper installation of materials
• Waterproofing systems

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or third-party work
• Third-party fixtures and materials (covered by manufacturer warranties)

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Bathroom Remodel NYC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Bathroom Remodel NYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
